If you have ever gone to the chiropractor and he asked “what have you done?” and the first thing you though of was “lift my hot tub cover,” you need a SpaCap. If your wife or kids use your spa but have to wait until you get home to put the cover back on, You Need a SpaCap. If you named your spa cover “Waldo” because after every time the wind blows you have to play “Where is the hot tub cover?” you need a SpaCap. If your wife has ever said “I’m going to get in the hot tub,” and you thought to yourself, “Yea, you and what army?” you need a SpaCap. If you have ever been knock in the head because the wind caught your cover and blew it over on you, you have cheated death but you really need a SpaCap. If while you were trying to get into your spa for therapy only to injure yourself worse trying to move your hot tub cover, you need a SpaCap. If last winter you got a high power bill, looked out the window at your hot tub and tried to remember the last time you were in it, you need a SpaCap. If snow has ever crushed, or hail has pulverized your hot tub cover, you need a SpaCap. If you love your spa but hate the idea of wrestling your cover off, you really owe it to yourself to get a SpaCap. You probably paid a lot of money for your spa. You pay to keep the water warm so you can use it. Getting the cheapest cover you can find to cover it is like building the worlds greatest house, putting great insulation in the walls and floor, and then just throwing a piece of plywood over it to insulate and serve as the roof. Every reputable spa manufacturer builds a great spa that is designed to last for years. They put all the energy saving material they can into the sides and bottom of the spa. But most of the heat loss occurs out the top. Since heat rises having the best insulation on top of your hot tub only makes sense. If you have owned your spa for a few years you know every rigid foam cover will get saturated with moisture eventually no matter what the dealer says or how long they say it won’t. What may not have occurred to you is that the water that rigid foam cover is supposed to insulate is never even close to the bottom of the cover. That evaporative heat loss is and always will occur under a rigid cover, no matter how thick the foam, no matter how much the tapper, no matter what it is wrapped in or how it is reinforced. If there is a lifter on your spa to help you get the heavy cover off, does it really help you flop it over the bar? Have you ever had the lifter rip itself off your spa cabinet because the cover just got to heavy? Have you ever ripped the spa cover lifting it with the bar lifter because the material was never meant to hold that kind of weight? Has your vinyl covered hot tub cover ever cracked or come apart at the seams? Have you ever had friends over and had one of them hurt themselves by your spa cover and you hoped they wouldn’t sue? Do you use your spa to stack stuff on more than you get into it? Have you contemplated getting rid of your spa because you never use it? Did you get your spa used at a great deal the only thing wrong was the cover? If you plan on keeping your spa and using it for years to come, you really need to get the world’s best spa cover, The SpaCap.
