Spa Covers Have Changed Forever

The SpaCap Spa Cover is designed to use air to insulate rather than rigid foam. This design works much better than any foam cover ever could for several reasons.

It was entitled "I need more hooks." In the body of his email our customer said the following...

Your SpaCap does what it is advertised to do.

On Sunday morning about 4:30 AM a large limb fell on the house, deck, and hot tub from a height of about 20 feet. The house and deck limb was a 14 inch diameter creating appropiate sized holes in the deck and roof.

The limb on the tub was a 6 inch. No damage to the tub or cover. The cover cushioned the blow. The only damage was all the fasteners that held the cover were pulled out of the tub structure. All four of the plastic hooks were broken. Please send me four new plastic hooks.

Apparently, the house and deck didn't fair as well, but at least his spa and cover are still in good shape. Naturally we do not encourage you to pummell your spa with large tree limbs. However the SpaCap Spa Covers we Custom build are able to handle far more abuse that any rigid cover ever could.
